Refunds

If after you purchase this product, you feel for any reason it fails to live up to our promises, simply return it in the same condition, and we’ll immediately and cheerfully give you a 100% refund within 30 days! Please note, the product must be in its sealed original condition, unused with sales receipt.

Our natural hair comes in a straight, natural, and wavy pattern and comes in natural shades of 1, 1b and 2. Please note, every order is made to match your exact specifications. Because our hair is 100% Virgin Indian Human Hair, there may be some variations between the pictures and that of the hair you receive.

Simple download the Return Authorization form and send it to us along with your hair within 30 days from the day you signed for your hair. The Return Authorization Form only takes about 2 minutes to fill out, and it will help us to expedite and track your request so you'll receive your refund faster.

Once we receive your hair and Return Authorization Form, we'll process your refund (minus the cost of shipping and handling) within 5 business days or less.

Even if you decide to return this product for a full refund, please keep the "FREE" gift as our special gift to you and as our way of saying thank you for at least giving us a try. Exchanges

  1. Products must be exchanged for goods of equal or higher value.
  2. Products that have been used or altered (i.e. brushed, washed, combed, cut or picked) can not be accepted. This also includes removing the hair from the sealed tags and trying it on. Please note we must adhere to the above strict policies, due to hygiene concerns and federal law.
  3. Exchange request must be made within 5 business days of receiving products.
  4. Customers will be required to pay return shipping charges and shipping on new orders (We do advise customers to use a method of shipping that is traceable, as we are not responsible for lost shipment)
