Order Processing

Credit cards are charged upon order placement. Please note, if we are unable to fulfill our obligation to ship any order, we will refund the amount charged to the original credit card. Incorrect billing information and/or shipping to an alternate address may cause shipping delays, as information must be verified.

Shipping Information

All orders are shipped within 24 hours of processing Monday-Friday. Once shipped, orders arrive within 1-5 business days for UPS Ground Shipping and 1 business day for UPS Overnight Shipping. Adoravel Hair uses UPS for all orders. (Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for International Shipping)

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind European and US Postal holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.
